Our Approach

Opioid
Treatment
Program (OTP)

CARS' Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) provides clients with several individualized treatment options to assist with opiate use disorders. We can provide our clients with treatments such as methadone, buprenorphine, individual counseling, group counseling, acute medical care, Hepatitis C treatment, and peer services.

Through these services we support our clients with a whole person approach, meaning we offer support in finding insurance, housing, employment, transportation, and other needs that will assist them in improving their overall wellbeing

These services are provided at our Brick-and-mortar site at 334 W. Martin Luther King Jr St Ithaca, NY and, beginning September 2023, on our Mobile Medication Unit in Norwich, NY. Both of these locations provide the same services including in person or via telepractice.
