Congratulations to C.A.R.S.’s Ithaca Comprehensive Outpatient (CO) team for their recent, excellent client perception of care survey results!

The survey question, “What is the program doing right?” received client feedback including

·       “Allowing people a safe space to communicate their problems…”

·      “Hiring good staff”

·      “They truly care about me.”

·      “It’s giving me tools to stay sober and better my life.”

·      “The groups and counselors are the best.”

Client response to the question, “Is there anything else about this program that you would like to say?” included

·      “They have really helped me, and I wish I could be here more.”

·      “I would totally recommend this program.”

·      “Jasmine (Clinical Supervisor) is wonderful.”

·      “Jennifer Coleman (Primary Addiction Counselor) is always there for me anytime. Not just for me, but for everyone. Plus, she is reliable. I’ve been here for four years, and I am really happy with how far I have come with my sobriety.”
