The
Business Office is the hub of financial activities for all Cayuga
Addiction Recovery Services programs and services. These activities
include budgeting and financial resource management, billing of
third party payers, and reporting to our many funders and stakeholders.
All
Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services programs are fee-for-service
programs. However, no individual is refused service because of
an inability to pay. A sliding fee scale is available for those
individuals who do not have coverage through insurance or another
third party payer. In these instances, a financial assessment
is completed as part of the admission process to evaluate the
individual's ability to pay and to assign a fee from the sliding
scale.
Clients
enrolled in the residential and supportive living programs are
most often funded by Congregate Care Level II, through their home
county's Department of Social Services. Outpatient services are
often funded by Medicaid or insurance coverage. Cayuga Addiction
Recovery Services provides direct billing to all third party payers
and is a participating provider in several insurance plan networks.
